What is a Night at
the Races you ask?
A Night at the
Races is an audience participation event whereby actual
races are shown to you on a large screen. There are 6
races with 12 horses in each race. You get to bet on the
horse that you think will win. The Professional
racetrack announcer then calls the races by the horses'
saddle cloth numbers.
The way it
works.
For $20.00 you
will receive $20.00 in play money and your Racing
Program for the night. All bets are a $2.00 Minimum.
Additional play money will be available for
purchase. If you win, there will be no need to purchase
more money.
You can also OWN
your own Horse. For $25.00 you can buy your horse. If
you buy a Horse you get to name it, name an owner, and
pick a jockey. For example I'veGotGas owned by Goshen
Gas/ Jockey: Sam Attendant. It can be personal or
business and all owners will be featured in the program.
So use your imagination and have fun with it. There are
only 72 horses for sale and no limit on how many you can
own. Contact Tara SAiken by April 2. 374-8106 or
tara_aiken@yahoo.com to get your ownership papers.
