Dear Parents,

 

It’s here – JUNE and the end of another school year! We congratulate all of those who will be promoted to the next grade and wish God’s special blessings on our graduates.

 

Exams and projects will be under way if not already. Just a reminder for you regarding end terms: there will be a mark for the 4^th quarter, a Final Exam mark and then the average for the year. Honors will be given for the 4^th quarter marks, but General Excellence for the year will be based on the average for the year.

 

Failure in a subject results in mandatory tutoring over the summer or summer school. Hopefully no one falls into this category!

 

June is very hectic with exams for the children almost every day so please help them study well. Field days are scheduled for June and the children always seem to have fun.

 

We will hold the children’s report cards in the office if all of your fees, tuition, fundraisers etc are not completely paid. Also, we will not forward any transcripts for those transferring to another school or going into high school unless all debts are paid.

 

Please have a wonderful, relaxing summer and I know all of you will look forward to meeting and working with Brother Robert next year. It is always a pleasure to take a break and the teachers always look forward to new children and  their classes in September. May God bless each of you and shower choice graces and blessings on you.
