            Dear Parents:

 

Wasn’t our Christmas play just wonderful? It seems to improve every year. You have such talented children and Mrs. Bayno always brings out the best in them. Let me again wish you a Blessed Christmas and a Holy and Happy New Year.

 

In the new  year we will be sending home re-registration forms so you may decide whether you wish your child/children to stay at St. John’s. This in-house registration must be finished so that we may hold registration in February and know how many seats we have available.

 

We celebrate Catholic Schools week (see calendar for more details) during the last week of January. It will begin with our Father/Daughter, Mother/ Son Dance after the 12 o’clock Mass. We will hold our usual Open House when you may visit classes.  More info will come home before then. We will have our Academic Fair once again so you may see some of the work the children have accomplished. 

 

We continue to be proud of our children and their contribution to our parish and to those in need. The Thanksgiving food drive, the letters to the soldiers,

and the buying of gifts for families on the giving tree are all signs of your generosity. I personally thank each of you for the blessing you are in my life. Enjoy the Christmas vacation and hope to see you all in January 2009.
